CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that scheduled adjustments are necessary and unforeseen circumstances may arise, but same day cancellations or no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service booked. A text/email will be sent out prior to your appointment to confirm you are coming to your appointment. If you don’t confirm your appointment at least 24 hours before, your appointment will be cancelled and have to be rescheduled. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re 5 minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule. As each appointment is scheduled for a specific duration, arriving late may not allow sufficient time to complete the service booked. In this case, the full appointment fee will still be charged. No-Shows: If you decide to no call/no show the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. This may also result in not being able to schedule any future appointments at Studio A. Refunds: At Studio A, we are dedicated to providing exceptional, high-quality services and ensuring a positive experience for all of our clients. However, we do not offer refunds on any of our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we encourage you to contact us within a week of your appointment, so we can address your concerns. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment or resolution within this period. Adjustments: We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your service. If you are not fully happy with your results, we offer a complimentary adjustment within a week of your appointment. Please contact us within this period to schedule an appointment with us to adjust your hair. After the adjustment period, any further changes will be subject to additional charges. Guest Policy: To provide the highest quality service and a peaceful salon environment, we request that only the client receiving the service be present during their appointment. Any additional guests will be asked to leave. Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward any service or retail product offered at our salon. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note that gift cards can’t be combined with other discounts or promotional offers and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Payments: We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards and digital payment methods such as Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. All payments are due at the time of your service. We also do not offer payment plans for services. Gratuity is not included in the price of your service and is greatly appreciated. Tips can be given directly to your stylist or through our payment system.

Ashley Moutinho OWNER
Ashley is the proud owner of Studio A, which she opened in 2023 after nearly 7 years of experience in the beauty industry. A graduate of the TIGI Hairdressing Academy in 2019, Ashley began her career working at two top salons in Fairfield, CT, where she honed in on her skills and developed a passion for creating beautiful, customized looks. She specializes in color services, with expertise in blonding, balayage, lived-in color, layered haircuts, extensions, and keratin treatments. Beyond her technical skills, Ashley loves building meaningful client relationships, meeting new people, and making every guest feel their absolute best. Outside of the salon, Ashley loves spending time with her husband, Scott, their son, Cristiano, and their dog, Koda. As a triplet, family is especially important to her, and she enjoys going out to dinner, catching up with friends, watching reality TV, staying active, and cooking or baking. Fall is her favorite season, and she loves embracing everything it brings. Ashley can’t wait to welcome you into her chair!
Carissa Perone JUNIOR STYLIST
Carissa is so excited to be joining the team at Studio A this December! As an artist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art, she brings creativity, passion, and precision to the chair. She specializes in blonding, lived-in color, haircuts, and her absolute favorite — blowouts. Carissa loves exploring and learning new techniques and always strives for those perfectly refined finishes. Her goal is to create hair that feels elevated, effortless, and perfectly tailored to each client. Outside of the salon, she finds inspiration through fashion, dining experiences, spending time with loved ones, and all things Disney. She plans to bring that same sense of innovation and joy into her work.
Julia Bueno ASSOCIATE STYLIST
Julia is a blonde-specialist and newly certified extension artist who loves creating soft, lived-in looks that make her clients feel confident and beautiful. A graduate of the Aveda Institute Orlando, she refined her craft before bringing her passion and expertise back to her home base in Fairfield, CT. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her spending time with friends and family, working out, shopping (of course!), or connecting with new people. Julia believes every appointment should feel comfortable, elevated, and fun — while still delivering stunning, high-quality results.
